A comprehensive upgrade to ensure safe, reliable drinking water, including a new reservoir, leak detection, treatment systems, and well alterations. Total Cost: $4.2 Million (Grant Funding: $3.1 Million; City Contribution: $1.1 Million).

Public Works Building Expansion

Centralizing Public Works operations into a modern facility to boost efficiency, safety, and resource management. Total Cost: $250,426.

Asset Management System

Implementing a proactive tool to plan and maintain city infrastructure like water, wastewater, roads, and parks. Total Cost: $82,840 (Grant Funding: $25,000).

Emergency Preparedness Gap Analysis

Assessing current emergency resources and practices to strengthen planning and response capabilities. Total Cost: $10,000.

Fire Service Review/Master Plan

Evaluating and strategizing for optimal fire protection services in partnership with the Greenwood Volunteer Fire Department. Total Cost: $43,000.

Data Management System

Introducing an electronic records system for secure, efficient document handling and compliance. Total Cost: $44,125.

Lind Creek Dam Decommissioning

Safely removing the dam, restoring the creek environment, and upgrading access roads. Total Cost: $885,225 (Grant Funding: $900,000).

Municipal Pool Retrofitting/Upgrades

Extending the pool's lifespan through retrofits and replacing non-compliant infrastructure. Estimated Cost: $375,726.
