Greenwood, BC

West Kootenay Power Building

 in Anaconda, BC

 

Built in 1906 to provide power to the BC Copper Company's smelter located across Boundary Creek.

This building was permanently closed in 1997 and donated the building to the community to ensure its preservation as part of the WKP legacy.
