Church
Parishioners completed building here in 1901. Our beautifully carved and solidly built furnishings serve well to this day. The same comfort and stead fast assurance and hope is enjoyed today, as in the past, by those who seek worship within her walls. Appropriately she is named in honour of St Jude the patron saint of lost and hopeless causes. We now have the luxuries of power, water, bathroom, and natural gas heat. Our members work hard and as in days of old to keep the warmth within. We are a family who shared together the joys and sorrows that are commonly shared by all humanity. You will find us Sunday morning at 8:30 enjoying our Priest Rev. Simon Shenstone, as he shares the words of old in the light of today and we partake together in holy Communion. If you would like to visit us, feel welcome. The peace of the lord is always with you! If you would like just to see our church please phone/fax Simon at (250) 442 5808 or stop by when you see someone home. |
