Greenwood Community Computer Access (CAP)  

Greenwood was awarded an Industry Canada grant to provide Internet Access and computer training to the communities of Greenwood and the rural Boundary Area. Three access sites are available in Greenwood, each with unique equipment to meet community needs. We encourage you to visit and use these facilities.

GREENWOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY



Greenwood Public Library is located at 346 south Copper Street on Highway #3 in downtown Greenwood.

Equipment Available: High speed cable Internet Access available on three computers.  Microsoft Office 2000 applications , Pentium III, color printer & flatbed scanner.

Open hours: Monday and Wednesday 12 noon to 7:30 p.m., Friday 12 noon to 5 p.m. and Saturday 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.  Get more information on the Greenwood Public Library

GREENWOOD MUSEUM - HERITAGE SOCIETY

Greenwood Museum
located at 214 south Copper street on Highway #3 in Greenwood.
Available: Internet Access, e-mail and Microsoft Office 2000 applications , Pentium I PC  & color printer, shared scanner, Adobe Photo.
Hours of operation: 
Internet access is available to the public for a small fee at this Greenwood Museum Community Access site. Phone 445-6355 for further information.

The Museum website was developed with the assistance of the Greenwood CAP program and the Greenwood Improvement Society. Please visit this site.
We would like to express our appreciation to Jayar for his participation in the Youth Initiative program. As well as providing computer and internet training to members of the community, his assistance in several museum projects will be beneficial to all Greenwood Museum visitors.

City Hall (council chambers)  located at 202 south Government street.
 Equipment Available: 
Internet Access (Sunshine Cable) and Microsoft Office 2000 applications , Pentium III, HP scanner shared  (by appointment) & color printer.  
A $2.00 fee/use is charged to help support our costs.

Monday to Friday   9:30-4:30
